DESCRIPTION:We will try something different for Native Plant ID in November. On Tuesday
 , November 24 we will go on a hike in Alum Rock Park, to explore the differ
 ent ecosystems in the park and see some of the trees that Bruce will have d
 iscussed in October. We’ll also expect to see a variety of other plants in 
 their fall plumage plus nuts and berries. The hike will be about 4-5 miles 
 along both sides of the creek, with about 600 total feet of elevation gain.
 \nWe will meet at the Rustic Lands parking area at 10:00am. Bring a snack o
 r lunch and dress appropriately for the weather. We should be out 3-4 hours
  with a break for lunch. Heavy rain cancels the hike. Please sign up by ema
